Well, today is day 7 and is our day off of Insanity. If it weren't for our kids and their activities, we would have a lazy, relaxing day at home. Come to think of it, if it weren't for our kids, I wouldn't have all of this excess belly fat (or other body fat that mysteriously showed up during and after each pregnancy) so maybe I can blame all of this on my kids. Wouldn't that be convenient? I think I will take responsibility for my own excess fat and, when I get back in shape, it will just feel that much better. But, if for some reason I don't succeed, I will rethink things and maybe find a way to blame THAT on the kids. It is nice to have a backup plan.
So, today we will enjoy watching the kids get their exercise during soccer, hitting clinic, hockey and even playing with friends and a birthday party. Then we will gear up for and hope we survive another grueling week of this thing called Insanity!
Day 8, here we come!
