Day 54....Max Recovery

Each time I do this workout, it gets harder and harder. I can't figure out why. I am not sure if it is because I am able to follow along better each time or if it is because I am constantly getting stronger or if it is simply because I am further into the program and my body is exhausted. I am just going to keep telling myself that I am getting stronger so I can work harder.

I have had a hard time this 2nd part of Insanity because the weight loss I saw with the first part has bascially come to a screeching halt. It is a bit frustrating. Yes, I know it isn't all about weight loss. And, I know that muscle weighs more than fat. But, it is still hard to see my weight loss goal sitting so far away when I only have a week left of Insanity. I do plan to start the program over right away so I am hoping that the weight loss kicks back in, but for right now, I am a little discouraged. I do know that I am getting stronger and I know my body is making some positive changes, but it would be nice to see the scale moving at least a little bit in the direction I would like. I am going to really focus and work hard for the last week of this program and hope that I notice some changes in order to finish strong and feel great about Insanity!

Day 55....ready to kick it up a notch!
